Universal AED Indoor Defibrillator Cabinet with Alarm
The inbuilt alarm in the Universal Defibrillator Cabinet allows you to know when the cabinet has been opened and, therefore, if someone is suffering a cardiac arrest.
As it is fitted to the door, it will also alert you if the machine is being tampered with or stolen.
There is a large, clear window on the front of the cabinet, allowing constant awareness of the defibrillator’s presence and condition.
The sticker label makes clear what is stored inside the cabinet, both verbally and pictorially.
WHERE CAN THE UNIVERSAL AED INDOOR DEFIBRILLATOR CABINET WITH ALARM BE USED?
The cabinet is for inside-use only.
WHICH DEFIBRILLATORS WILL WORK WITH THE UNIVERSAL AED INDOOR DEFIBRILLATOR CABINET WITH ALARM?
The cabinet is suitable for use with all common defibrillators, including:
Telefunken FA1, Philips HeartStart HS1, LifePak CR Plus, Zoll AED Plus, Powerheart G5, Lifeline, Samaritan PAD and iPad SP1.
SETTING UP AND MAINTAINING THE C855A CABINET:
1 – When you first receive the cabinet, the alarm will be switched to “OFF”; the alarm must be switched to the “ON” position to work effectively.
2 – The alarm can be found inside the cabinet, attached to the roof on the right-hand side.
3 – The “ON/OFF” button is located on the back of the alarm; switch the alarm to the “ON” position. At this point, the alarm will sound until the door is completely closed.
4 – If you wish to turn the alarm off completely, switch the alarm to the “OFF” position. This will, however, prevent the alarm from sounding in an emergency or break-in situation.
5 – To replace the battery, use a Phillips-head screwdriver to unscrew the alarm from the roof of the cabinet.
6 – The top of the alarm case will slide off to reveal the battery, which can now be taken out and replaced with a new LR44 button cell battery.
Once the battery has been replaced screw the alarm back into its original position.
