UK Shipping

Royal Mail 48hr aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us if you have not received your parcel and we will be happy to help.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours using one of our preferred delivery companies.

We do not currently offer international shipping

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@defibpeople.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
