Annual Defibrillator Maintenance Check & Clean For One Defibrillator

Our annual defibrillator maintenance check & clean covers one defibrillator (please enquire about multiple defibrillators) including cabinet or hanger and includes: 

• A visual check to ensure that the unit has full functionality and there is no damage to the case, screen, buttons and connections
• Battery and pad check for installation date and when replacements are due
• A check of the pad terminal to make sure it is functioning and clear of debris
• Confirmation that the pads attached are suitable to the model and in good condition
• Cleaning of defibrillator and outdoor/indoor cabinet or wall hanger

This service will ensure that your defibrillator is reliable and safe for both the patient and the person performing CPR and that it’s ready to save a life when needed.

• Bi-monthly maintenance checks (every 6-8 weeks)
• Temporary loan of replacement defibrillator if it's used, until new pads can be sourced
• Additional maintenance visit within 72 hours if defibrillator is used
• Checks include cleaning of defibrillator cabinet
• Reminder service for pad and battery replacement
• Replacement parts are organised by Defib People
• Tag upon completion to confirm defibrillator is rescue-ready
• Notification to confirm completion of maintenance
• Support if there are any issues with the defibrillator
• Free replacement defibrillator every 5 years

*minumum 5 year contract to ensure the free replacement defibrillator is issued

• This is to be added on to any of the above packages
• Bi - Monthly Checks
• Re - stock of any missing first aid equipment
• Tag upon completion to confirm the first aid kit is fully stocked
• Notification to confirm completion of maintenance
